in the plasma and the LCD screen market.
The Company was founded 7 years ago and is now listed on the London Stock Exchange. The Corporate office is located in Harlow, north London.

More recently, they have ventured into the Audio/Visual arena with a range of products that are exciting and innovative.

In August 2003, FEIPLC purchased 100% of the shares of a fledgling Company by the
name of Purely Plasma Limited (www.purelyplasma.com). PPL is in the business of manufacturing, importing, retailing and wholesaling a
wide range of Plasma and LCD screen-based products and a range of furniture exclusive to PPL. |

Proactive Games Limited |

During 2004, FEIPLC purchased 70% of the share capital of Proactive Games Limited
(www.proactivegames.com),
a Company specialising in the publishing and marketing of computer games
and the importation and distribution of peripheral computer equipment for the
gaming market. The Company operates from the hi-tech premises in Cambridge.

Wilson and Garden Limited |

On the 14th of June, 2004, FEIPLC purchased the assets and business of Wilson and Garden Ltd (www.wgltd.com) through a new wholly owned subsidiary. W&G makes whiteboards and blackboards mainly for school and education market.

On the 15th of August, 2004, Serviced Vision (www.servicedvision.com) was launched by FEIPLC, as the primary installer, fitter and service agent for the group products. Our top flight engineers are qualified for most plasmas with professional endorsements and a proven track record in the industry, servicing the UK and Ireland. |
